Floor renovation CIP Zone

Friesland Campina, located in Aalter, has engaged Group Suerickx to review the CIP zone and make a proposal to expand it and make it chemically resistant and impermeable. Moreover, the existing system was completely corroded and loose. Since trucks are constantly going in and out and the location is crucial for production, this project required preparation. Indeed, it was not possible to take the plant completely out of service. The work was therefore carried out in two phases.

With our flooring department, we completely removed this floor and fitted it with a, high-quality floor system type Ucrete that is completely liquid-proof and can withstand high mechanical impact and continuous traffic load. In addition, we expanded this area so that larger trucks can also load and unload here.
