Converting laboratories to office spaces

The laboratories were completely converted into office spaces. After thorough preparation of the works by our project and site manager, we started demolition works. The pipes, technical installations, walls and furniture were dismantled, removed and disposed of by authorized processors. Hazardous products such as air conditioners, among others, were given the necessary processing certificates. When the demolition work was completed, we started the renovation work. New partitions were placed, floor tiles replaced/renewed, light fixtures replaced, damaged walls repaired, walls and ceilings painted and finally glass partitions repaired. Roof penetrations were repaired with Resitrix after removal of all installations. After the work was completed, the floors and windows were thoroughly cleaned.
