What does your job look like?

Do you have strong supportive and organisational skills? Then, this is the job for you!

You are responsible for:

  • Administrative follow-up of various sites (planning, communication to the various parties involved, daily reports, deviation reports, processing of measurements, LMRA, permits, archiving of photos...)
  • The declaration of unique social security notifications for a construction site, and logins on various portal sites
  • General support to the project management and business unit manager (correspondence, agenda, taking notes, filing...)
  • Placing purchase orders and logistics orders
  • Preparing and following up of subcontracts
  • Preparing receivables and invoicing

What we ask

  • You have solid experience as a work planner or administrative assistant in the construction industry
  • You like a broad range of tasks and are able to tackle the many inputs you receive in a structured way
  • You have a sense of responsibility
  • You are proactive, stress-resistant and like a dynamic environment
  • You can work fluently with ICT / ERP systems.
